RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :

  • All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
  • All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
  • Originals receipts would need to be included
  • All items would need to be purchased originally through online portal www.surmayee.in

If any one of the above conditions are not met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been shipped back to us.

Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable.

1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS

All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 07 days of the invoice date for domestic orders, and 20 days for overseas orders.  All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made either online at www.surmayee.in or by writing to us at operations@surmayee.in or operations@hashtagtrending.in and quoting the Order number in Subject line.

2. EXCHANGES & RETURNS ONLINE

2.1 You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.

2.2 Kindly raise the return request through the portal or write to us on operations@hashtagtrending.in with Order No in the subject line

2.3 Keep your parcel ready with original invoice and all tags intact. Do not seal the parcel in order to facilitate physical verification of the product before the return is accepted.

2.4 Once the return is accepted, you will receive the confirmation email and refund will be initiated within 7 days from the receipt of product in the warehouse and satisfying the above-mentioned condition of returns and exchanges.

2.5 All requests for returns will be refunded either through credit note or transfer to the source account. Your credit note is valid for 90 days and can be used for your next purchase online. The online Store Credit note is applicable for online purchases only. Transfer to source account may take up to 30 days after we have received the order in good condition and reviewed the received article.

2.6 Credit notes are to be used in a singular transaction and any excess amount not utilized, would not be refunded.

2.7 In case of partial return or exchange of an order, the entire discount against the order would be adjusted against the product for return or exchange and the amount for return or Credit note would be calculated accordingly. If the price of the product is less than the discount offered on the total order, no money would be refunded or considered for credit note.

2.8 However, if any of the products received is deemed defective or a wrong shipment, www.surmayee.in will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you. Please note that all exchanges are subjected to stock availability and whilst we endeavour to ship a replacement item(s) back to you, we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value or providing online store credits or any other methods at the discretion of HashtagTrending Fashions LLP.

2.9 No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.

2.10 All returns and exchanges made via our online portal at www.surmayee.in would need to be shipped to :

TERMS & CONDITIONS

3.1 All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.

3.2 We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if we observe a pattern or behavior in your multiple returning of products across the period (60 business days rolling).

3.3 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.

3.4 All decisions made by HashtagTrending Fashions LLP. is final and binding by the customer.
